Returns

Please contact us to organise a return. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase. The purchased product must be returned in a new condition - unwashed or used, tags on and in its original packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed, or removed from their original packaging. We do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise a credit note or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of this via email.
